SafePlate® Swiss Chard Powder

SafePlate® Swiss Chard Powder is a naturally produced cultured swiss chard powder with a standardized minimum nitrite content of 22,500ppm with a sea salt carrier. SC 225 is a water-soluble, spray-dried, natural curing solution with an ultra-low amount of insoluble plant fibers. Alternative natural nitrite solution to SafePlate® Cultured Celery Powder or SafePlate® Beet Powder. Perfect match with SafePlate® Cherry Powder.
