1995: Wenda was founded in Dalian, China, and began to export food ingredients.
1997: The first overseas subsidiary, Wenda do Brasil, was founded, and began its journey of integrated supply chain management.
2002: First QC lab was established.
2004: Had joint venture in Turkey, named Biokim & Wenda Kimya Sanayi ve Tic. A.S.
2004: Wenda Ingredients Dalian Factory was founded, and started the production of functional
food ingredients.
2005: Wenda Chile and Wenda Argentina were founded. Began local distribution in Latin American markets.
2005: Wenda first meat application lab was established, and after that bakery, dairy/beverage application lab were also built up.
2006: Wenda Mexico was founded.
2006: Wenda Russia was founded.
2007: Wenda America was founded.
2007: Yearly turnover was over 100million US Dollars first time, and has been kept above this benchmark since then.
2009: Wenda Ingredients Dalian facilities passed the GFSI-BRC audit and got grade A level.
2010: Wenda Ingredients SuZhou facility began production, with bigger production area and
more advanced production facilities, then enable wide range of innovative products and services for food markets.
2011: Wenda Ingredients SuZhou facilities passed the GFSI-BRC audit and got grade A level.
2011: Wenda Spice production line began operation, and became the first group of Chinese company adopting SafeSteril®  Steam Sterilization equipment.
2013: Wenda Ingredients and Productos Sur, S.A. of Spain formed a joint venture called Señor Paprika Spain, S.L.
2013: Yearly turnover reached 200million US Dollars.
